How long will a cellular camera run between visits?

On lithium cells most run from one to several months depending on how often the spot triggers, and a clip-on solar panel keeps a camera live indefinitely. That's what makes them suited to outlying ground you can't get to every week.

Will it work where mobile signal is weak?

It needs enough coverage to send an image, but most of our cameras take an external high-gain antenna you can run up a pole to lift a marginal signal in a valley or behind a treeline. Tell us the location and we'll advise before you buy.

Are these only for wildlife?

No — long battery life and cellular image-sending make them just as useful for off-grid security: watching fuel tanks, quad stores, remote gateways and known trouble spots, with an alert the moment something moves.
